St. Nicholas Parish is proud to be part of United Catholic Youth Ministries (UCYM), is a collaborative Youth Ministry of the Evanston and Skokie grouping parishes of St. Athanasius, St. Joan of Arc, St. Mary, and St. Nicholas. UCYM offers events, service, and programs for young adults 18-39 years old. Each program offered is uniquely tailored to serve people in different stages in the life of young adults.

Nursery Co-op: Parents can drop off their children in a fun play space during the 9:00 am Mass to participate in a shared nursery program. Sign-up and parent participation required.

Pastoral Juvenil Hispana (PJH) accompanies Youth Ministry in providing an approach that includes the family and leadership development. PJH is not a separate ministry, but works together with Youth Ministry to strengthen the overall approach of ministry with young people.
